 Sober Living in Englewood

Hallam & Walker Home provides affordable transitional housing with clear expectations, community involvement, and partnerships with treatment providers and probation officers to promote accountability and reduce recidivism in men recovering from substance use disorders.

Safe & Respectful Environment

A Safe & Respectful Environment

Our home is built on clear expectations, mutual respect, and shared responsibility. Residents are expected to maintain sobriety, contribute to the household, respect one another's privacy, and help create a positive living environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow.

We do not believe in treating people like numbers. We believe in knowing each resident by name, recognizing their potential, and challenging them to become the men they are capable of being. Accountability and compassion work together here. We celebrate progress, learn from setbacks, and encourage one another to keep moving forward.

A safe home is more than a place to sleep. It is a place where trust can be rebuilt, confidence can grow, and lasting recovery can begin.

Structured Living & Peer Support

 Structured Living & Peer Support

Recovery thrives in an environment built on consistency, accountability, and community. At Hallam & Walker, residents live alongside other men who share a common goal: building healthy, sober, and productive lives.

Our structured approach includes clear expectations, household responsibilities, weekly house meetings, employment or productive daily activity, and a commitment to personal growth. Living together creates opportunities to encourage one another, celebrate progress, and face challenges with the support of peers who understand the recovery journey.

We believe lasting change happens one day at a time, through consistent habits, mutual respect, and the support of a community that refuses to give up on each other.

Strong Community Partnerships

Strong Community Partnerships

Recovery doesn't happen in isolation. That's why Hallam & Walker works to build meaningful partnerships with treatment providers, recovery organizations, employers, case managers, probation and parole professionals, and community leaders.

These relationships help connect residents with the resources, opportunities, and support they need to build stable, independent lives. Whether it's finding employment, continuing treatment, accessing community services, or strengthening recovery, we believe collaboration creates better outcomes.

As Hallam & Walker continues to grow, we remain committed to expanding these partnerships so every resident has access to a stronger network of support both during and after their time in our home.

Accessible Transitional Housing

Accessible Transitional Housing

Everyone deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life in a safe, stable, and supportive environment. Hallam & Walker is committed to providing quality transitional housing at a reasonable cost, making recovery more accessible without compromising the structure and accountability that promote lasting success.

Our residents receive more than a place to stay. They become part of a community that encourages responsibility, personal growth, and long-term recovery while preparing for independent living.
